Holson's piece is written from the angle of the towns people and thier reaction to the sudden fame that Napolean Dynamite brought to thier town. She was looking for the feelings that the residents of this rural idaho town had after being put on the map.She did her research over the phone because of the direct quotes and person conversations. This is relevant to place because, she talked to residents of the town that live in "the place", and got there perspective on how the place had change.
